Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Condition of Business apply to all services provided at Pelle Clinica of Starlight Laser  Limited- Company registration Number 6126213. In  the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and the content of other literature provided by Starlight Laser Ltd these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

1. STARLIGHT LASER LTD OBLIGATIONS

In providing treatment for a client, Starlight Laser Ltd:

1. Ensures that the treatment is carried out by an appropriately trained technician;

2. Ensures that the Technician is insured to practice;

3. Ensures that the Technician holds the necessary qualification and registration required to practice;

4. Have available suitable facilities for the provision of treatment;

5. Provide the client with information that the client may reasonable require to ensure that the client  understands the nature of the treatment being offered and to decide whether or not to undergo treatment.

1. CLIENT OBLIGATION

   1. The client shall be responsible for reading and making sure that they understand the “Client’s Guide “and relevant literature and information provided prior to consenting to undergo any treatment, and for complying with all instructions concerning the treatment  given by Starlight Laser Ltd technicians.

   2. The client shall also be responsible for timely payment for treatment received in accordance with these terms and conditions. It is also the client’s responsibility to ask questions that they may have about the treatment to ensure that they have fully understood the nature of treatment offered;

   3. To ensure safe treatment a client has to have a test patch.

2. PAYMENT FOR TREATMENT

   1. The client shall pay the fee of the Test Patch prior to prior to a treatment appointment being made. This will be redeemed on first appointment booked. If the client does not book an appointment  the fee can not be redeemed. The appointment must be within 6 weeks of the test patch.

   2. The client must pay the full treatment of a single treatment. On booking a course a client must either pay the full cost of the course or pay 50% on first treatment and the outstanding balance on completion of treatment 3.

   3. All treatments must be taken within 12 months of commencement.

   4. Refunds Are not made, unless there are extenuating circumstances.

3. COMPLAINTS

   1. In the event that the client is not satisfied with any aspect of the service, the client should raise this with the clinic manager as soon as possible;

   2. If the complaint cannot be solved to the reasonable satisfaction of the client, the complaints procedure as set out in the “Client’s Guide “shall apply.

5. CONFIDENTIALITY AND DATA PROTECTION

   1. Starlight Laser Ltd processes data relating to clients in connection with the treatment provided to those clients in accordance with the terms and conditions;, in accordance with data protection regulations

6. NO VARIATION

   1. There can be no variation or exceptions in these terms and conditions unless agreed in writing and countersigned by a Director of Starlight Laser Ltd.

7. LEGAL JURISDICTION

   1. These terms and condition and the services provided  by Starlight Laser Ltd, and their clinicians shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales, whose courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
